SUMMARY |
This Masterclass examined how the strategies and tactics of both buyers and sellers vary under varying market conditions as well as how different types of companies engage with the market. Drawing on extensive experience from the sale and purchase market, the session explored how both individuals and organisations behave during periods of stress and exuberance. It covered legal, practical and commercial considerations as well as using behavioural economics, the natural sciences, psychology, history and literature to explore this fascinating but often overlooked specialism. |
The MasterClass took place online via CiscoWebex on 29 November, 2023, at 1400 - 1600 Lisbon | London time. It was taught in English. |
