Review Procedures |

| The 2023 World of Shipping Portugal Conference review procedure adopts a two-stage approach. The first stage involves the revision of Abstracts. All Authors will be notified about the decision made, and Authors of accepted Abstracts will be invited to submit Full Papers. In this regard, Full Papers need to demonstrate scholarly quality as evaluated on the strength of the methodology used, on the quality/depth of the theoretical background, and the quality/depth of the analysis and related discussion. The second stage relates to the revision of the submitted Full Papers. All Authors will be notified about the decision made, and Authors of Accepted Full Papers will be asked to incorporate all Reviewers’ comments. |
| Allocation of Abstract / Full papers to be reviewed will be made according to Reviewers’ expertise areas. The review procedure uses a “blind review” process where the Authors are not revealed to the Reviewers. |
| A set of criteria’s has been identified according to the type of revision performed. To submit the Revisions of Abstracts and Full Papers, please follow the link below. When submitting your review, please keep a record of your evaluation until we confirm in writing that your review has been safely received! If we do not provide any feedback within the next 48 hours timeframe, please email us at conference@worldofshipping.org. |
