The Choice of Ship Repair Yard Online Survey Questionnaire
Dear Respondent,
You are invited to participate in a survey addressing the choice of ship repair yards. Your industry knowledge and experience is an added value to the outcome of this research; therefore, your participation is highly appreciated.The purpose of this survey is to examine the factors influencing the choice of ship repair yards; little attention has been given to the ship repair industry, and in this survey can help to fill the existing gap in the literature.
The outcome will help both the academia and the industry to understand better the ship repair industry. It will provide valuable insights, which can contribute to streamline its operations and develop new market approaches. Moreover, the outcome of this research can help the industry in the development of best practices and benchmarking analysis.

I estimate that it will take about 30 minutes of your time to complete the whole questionnaire.
This survey outcome will be presented at the 2021 World of Shipping Portugal, and International Research Conference on Maritime Affairs, which will take place on 28-29 January, Hotel Riviera, Carcavelos, Portugal.
Risks to Respondents are considered minimal. Only I will have access to the information/data gathered. Please be assured that all individual responses will be held in the strictest confidence, and no specific details about companies and/or Respondents will be reported. Moreover, the survey bears no costs.
The survey will be closed on the 30th of May 2020.
